You've probably seen the money the federal government, if the real thing sold in a museum or a reproduction of the species in the souvenir shops near Civil War battlefields. But have you ever seen a Confederate bond?
Bonds of the Confederate troops were used to raise funds for much needed food and supplies for the south during the war.
